Visit Santa and Mrs. Claus! Entertainment by the Henry Hudson A Cappella Choir, Highlands Girl Scouts and Holiday Dancers from the Carol Elaine Dance Studio. There will be Free Hot Chocolate and Goodies courtesy of Highlands Recreation, and free Horse and Buggy rides, courtesy of Highlands Business Partnership. Mayor O’Neil and Council members will light the tree at 6PM.
