Highlands Halloween Fest, live music, craft vendors, children’s activities and a Halloween Parade. Pre-parade, make-up artists will be available in Huddy Park at 10 am. Post-parade, there will be a best costume contest in Veterans Park. There is something for ALL AGES! Hope to see you there, you would be a “ghoul” to miss it!
The Harvest Arts Festival combines a street festival with a Juried Art Show!
Artists will have their work on display for judging and will also have work available for purchase.
Washington Street will be full of food trucks, merchandise vendors, and a beer & wine garden hosted by Toms River Volunteer Fire Co. #1.

Enjoy a bonfire on the beach from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. at 17th Avenue in North Wildwood with live entertainment. Refreshments and food will be available for purchase (no glass containers – plastic only.) Admission is $10; children under 12 are $2. Bring a blanket or beach chair and enjoy a fun night on the beach! Sponsored by the Anglesea Irish Society and the Greater Wildwood Jaycees. Rain date is TBD.
The Fit 2 Fab Run is a 2 mile run hosted by Mother Runner Events. This race will take place at the Jersey Shore Premium Outlets. Packet Pick-Up will take place Friday, October 18 at the Jersey Shore Outlets Food court 5 – 9 pm. Registration begins at 6 am. Race start is 7:30 am. Participants will run a flat 2 mile paved course on Outlet property, followed by a post-race Vinyasa flow yoga segment lead by a 200 RYT certified yoga instructor. All finishers will receive a package consisting of a race day t-shirt, and a reusable shopping bag filled with exclusive materials valid race day at The Jersey Shore Premium Outlets.
37th Annual Cape May Halloween Parade
Cape May’s annual Halloween Parade is scheduled for Sunday, October 20, 2019. Prior to the parade, trick or treating on the Washington Street Mall will be held from Noon to 2 p.m., which is sponsored by the Small Businesses of the Washington Street Mall.
The Parade route begins at Perry Street and Carpenter Lane, proceeds down Carpenter Lane to Ocean Street, travels down Washington Street and ends at the Emlen Physick Estate located at 1048 Washington Street.
Parade registration is free and begins at 1:30 p.m. on the corner of Perry Street and the Washington Street Mall. Divisions are as follows: 3 and under, 4-6, 7-9, 10-12, 13-17, 18 and older, Groups and Floats. Prizes will be awarded to all divisions at the conclusion of the parade at the Emlen Physick Estate.
The Parade is sponsored by the City of Cape May, the Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cape May and the Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts and Humanities (Cape May MAC).
The 81st Annual Toms River Halloween Parade is presented by the Toms River Volunteer Fire Co. #1. It is the 2nd largest in the world!
Chairs can be placed out the day of the parade only. Main and Washington Streets will close at 5:30PM the day of the parade.
Parade Route: Parade formation and start is at the Toms River Shopping Center on the corner of Route 37 and Route 166 (Main St.) The Parade will travel down Main Street, turning left onto Washington Street, and ending at the corner of Washington Street & Hooper Ave.
A live concert of bluegrass and country music by regional musicians from the tri-state area. The Jersey Devil will make an appearance during the 8 pm musical set. Our Jersey Devil is a friendly devil who will entertain you with his dancing and fun loving antics. Tickets must be purchased at the door on the night of the show.
