The Highlands Business Partnership’s 6th Annual Guinness Run fundraiser will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 2PM. Registration is $30.00. The race will begin at the Chubby Pickle, 23 Bay Avenue, where contestants will fill their cup and race to Miller St., and back to the finish line at the Chubby Pickle. All runners must be 21 years of age and proof of age is required the day of the race. All registered runners will be issued a number to wear during the race, this number must be worn during the race to qualify to win.
The Pub Crawl will take place in Downtown Freehold on March 14th. This event will stop at some of the most popular pubs in the town. These include The American Hotel, Federici’s, Court Jester, and Metropolitan Café. There will be bagpipers throughout the places, and guests can choose to participate in either a Beer Crawl or Scotch Crawl. Prices will vary depending on which one participates in. Tickets can be found online and guests must show ID.

The Wildwood Beer Fest is a beer tasting event to celebrate the art of locally brewed craft beer. Located in Fox Park, on Ocean Avenue between E. Burk and E. Montgomery Avenues, this festival will be equally exciting for the brew aficionado and novice alike! A ticket into this event grants you access to 100+ brews, a commemorative tasting cup, live tunes, delicious food and craft vendors. Beer sampling is unlimited with your ticket; food and merchandise are available for purchase. Entrance will only be permitted to ticket holders 21 years old with a valid ID, no exceptions. The festival will be broken up into two separate sessions. A ticket allows entrance into a specific timed session – festivalgœrs are only permitted to attend one session: 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. or 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. All brews and vendors will be the same in both sessions; however, bands will change per session.
