Runner’s High is going to do another awesome workshop for us Mamas! Craig who is the owner of the store is going to go over the best footwear and will tell you what he recommends for your type of foot if you would like and running style as well as breathing techniques and stretches. We will meet at the store in Freehold at 7:00. After head to Tre’ to hang out and relax for some mommy time! Wear workout clothes or comfortable clothing as we will actually be doing the stretches and some dynamic warm up exercises with him. Book those babysitters and let’s enjoy a night out together.

The CFC Loud and Clear Foundation have organized an event that will feature yoga, meditation, music, guest speakers, community resources, and more to spread awareness for mental health while removing the stigma it typically holds.
Come to the Guardian Park this May for the thrid annual “Run the Hook” 5k/10k
fundraiser in support of the charity “Clean Ocean Action.”
A portion of proceeds from the race go directly to the charity so they can continue to work to improve the quality of our local bodies of water.

raise awareness about the disease, and to help save lives. Registrations for the Lava Walk are non-refundable. All profits raised aid those in the community affected by breast cancer. Registrations are $25.00 per participant. Registration includes event t-shirt, water bottle & free ice cream.
Bring your four-legged friend out for a fun-filled day of splashing & playing! Sunday, September 9th, 3pm – 5pm. Rabies tag & license required. The Bordatella vaccine (for Kennel Cough-recommended by veterinarians anytime dogs intermingle for a length of time), must be given at least 48 hours prior to this event in order for the vaccine to be effective. Rabies tag is NOT acceptable proof. All dogs must have a collar and a leash must be on hand by owner. Limit one dog per handler, NO aggressive dogs allowed (any dog exhibiting aggressive behavior will be required to leave with no refund). Every owner takes full responsibility for his or her dog at all times. Every owner must provide proof of vaccinations and license within 24 hours upon request. Advance ticket (not receipt) is required for entry. Swimming is for dogs only. Humans should not enter the water past knee depth. No puppies under 6 months of age are allowed. Female dogs in season are not allowed. Paws in the Park will be held rain or shine!
This is a Special Event, not a waterpark admission. Easter passes, coupons, specials and discounts are not valid for admission to this event. Admission is $20 per dog, $10 per handler, and extra guests are $10 each, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the local SPCA.
Hero 5k run will take place at 9:30am. Hero ceremonies are at 10:30am. The walk is a 5k walk along the Ocean City boardwalk. We raise awareness of the importance of sober designated drivers. Ho Ho Ho! The Asbury Park Santa Run returns for its third year to lead thousands of Santas through the streets of Asbury Park on December 8th.
