A joyous program of music by some of the greatest composers of all time—Mozart, Bach, Beethoven, Mendelssohn, Wagner, and others.
The MU Chamber Orchestra, comprising students, faculty, staff, and administrators, performs a variety of compositions from the classical repertory. This spring concert also features music for chamber ensembles from within the orchestra-solos, duos, trios, quintets.
This show was originally scheduled for April 7th all tickets for the original date will be honored on April 18, 2019 at 7:30pm. Refunds will be offered until February 1st.
IN THE MOOD is a celebration of the music of the 1930s & 40s – the Big Band era. It was the last time that all Americans were listening and dancing to the same kind of music. With our live sensational 13 piece String of Pearls Big Band Orchestra and our fabulous IN THE MOOD Singers and Dancers, the great melodies and lyrics that are still with us today are presented in a musical revue that is jazzy, sentimental, rhythmic, nostalgic and patriotic – all happening at the same time. Known as the king of the rant, LEWIS BLACK uses his trademark style of comedic yelling and animated finger-pointing to skewer anything and anyone that gets under his skin. His comedic brilliance lies in his ability to make people laugh at the absurdities of life, with topics that include current events, social media, politics and anything else that exposes the hypocrisy and madness he sees in the world.
This weekend celebration in Cape May Court House features snacks, wine and, of course, music. From 2:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Natali Vineyards’s event welcomes visitors from all around to enjoy live entertainment from the Geno White Trio, along with quality wine and sangria tastings, wine slushies and the opportunity to throw your own picninc.

The Wildwood Beer Fest is a beer tasting event to celebrate the art of locally brewed craft beer. Located in Fox Park, on Ocean Avenue between E. Burk and E. Montgomery Avenues, this festival will be equally exciting for the brew aficionado and novice alike! A ticket into this event grants you access to 100+ brews, a commemorative tasting cup, live tunes, delicious food and craft vendors. Beer sampling is unlimited with your ticket; food and merchandise are available for purchase. Entrance will only be permitted to ticket holders 21 years old with a valid ID, no exceptions. The festival will be broken up into two separate sessions. A ticket allows entrance into a specific timed session – festivalgœrs are only permitted to attend one session: 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. or 6 p.m. – 10 p.m. All brews and vendors will be the same in both sessions; however, bands will change per session. Tickets can be purchased for $40 in advance or $45 at the gate while tickets last. Designated Driver tickets will be available for purchase at the gate for $5 with a valid ID.
