One of the East Coast’s longest running tattoo conventions, is returning for its 15th Season at Bally’s Atlantic City, November 2nd through the 4th, and will showcase some of the country’s most well-known tattoo artists as well as some local favorites! Begins Friday from 5pm-11pm, Saturday from 11am-11pm, and Sunday from 11am-6pm.
