JCP&L Supports Jersey Shore-area Food Banks

Employees of Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) recently concluded a month-long annual Harvest for Hunger campaign.

They raised more than $38,000 and over 3,500 pounds of food.  The food and funds are being distributed to 15 food banks and pantries across JCP&L’s 13 county service area.

Employees recently visited The Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties in Neptune to present a check for $6,528 and Lunch Break in Red Bank to present a check for $5,935.
